When parents first come to see the school, they often comment on the surprising amount of space inside the school building.
Our bright, airy rooms extend much further back than they expect, and we enjoy the run of six separate storeys across the entire terrace of interconnecting buildings. This means we have even managed to incorporate a small outdoor play area in the classroom used by our youngest children.
This space is further extended by our fabulous new rooftop learning deck, with the iconic Barbican towers providing a picturesque backdrop. The rooftop serves as a stunning and versatile space for our pupils, greatly enhancing their outdoor and teaching spaces, and allowing for outdoor learning and drama productions.

Around the school, you will find a range of spaces designed to support learning beyond the classroom. These include our popular library, a versatile school hall and a dedicated space for our Special Educational Needs team.
One of our most exciting recent additions is the Innovation Lab, a creative environment designed to support pupils in developing future-ready skills. Equipped with computers, virtual reality headsets, a green screen for filming, a podcasting zone, construction space and even 3D printers, the lab gives pupils the opportunity to explore ideas through technology and creativity.
Whether recording a podcast, producing short films, composing digital music or exploring immersive environments through virtual reality, the Innovation Lab is already buzzing with imagination and purpose, allowing pupils to experiment, collaborate and bring their ideas to life.
Alongside this, our Ed Tech Music area allows older pupils to experiment with digital composition, creating original music to accompany media projects or stand alone as independent pieces. Meanwhile, younger children build their musical foundations through hands-on experiences with real instruments.
