Ancient Greek Olympics

The Yellow Room had a great time dressing up in costume and taking part in their own Olympic Games. We learnt about what it meant for Ancient Greeks and we talked about the future of the Olympics in London 2012. We competed in discus throwing, javelin and long jump. We also had a boys and girls running race. The two winners were Lola and Sam - well done to them! The sports star medal was given to Matthew. Congratulations to everyone for being so enthusiastic and giving their all!
